Warranty Policy

Each product made or repaired  at Montenegro MFG comes with a Limited Lifetime warranty against defects in construction. This warranty is extended to the original owner, is not transferable, and is subject to the following conditions and limitations. 

This warranty does not cover paint, structural or cosmetic damage arising from abuse or misuse including but not limited to damage caused by crashes or collisions, owner neglect, improper installation and/or assembly, improper maintenance, or other excessive, improper or abnormal conditions. Wear from normal use or environmental exposure is not covered by this warranty. Crash and damage repairs will be assessed on a case by case basis and performed at a reduced rate. There will be an additional charge for materials, paint and shipping. Modifications, additions, and changes to the original product will void the warranty unless performed by Montenegro Mfg. and with a valid receipt.

Claims under this warranty must be made through info@montenegro-mfg.com. Original proof of purchase is required before a warranty claim may be processed.

Absolutely no refunds.

Bikes left 5 weeks past completion will regarded as abandoned and will become property of the shop.
