Brain Vomit #31 Seat Post Problem

Sometimes when I get jobs that are supposed to be 20 minutes long and turn into small feats of ingenuity to solve them. I like a challenge but I don’t like that I’m getting paid for a 20 minute job for something that would be invaluable for your bike. I am the end of the road, I can’t send them to someone else because I am the option where It alls fails, Hern can fix it. I am the worst case scenario guy.

I have a stuck seat post on a very expensive hand made carbon bike. It’s really stuck, we tried everything, now the post broke and the rest of the tube is stuck inside the frame. It's in about 10”. I decided to 3D print a holder for my saw blade and cut the seat post along it’s length without damaging the frame. Pictures tomorrow.
