Yoshi: the NAHBS bike
Let me introduce you to Yoshi, the Bicycle, nicknamed by Spencer Cannon after he painted it for NAHBS. He said it reminded him of the Mario World character, Yoshi. Yoshi is handmade and painted in Los Angeles with a mix of Enve, Dedacciai and proprietary hand made carbon tubes. This frames comes up to 950g with paint for a size 53. The whole bike with the Pioneer power meter comes up to 14.57 lbs. Every last little detail on this bike is custom made: from the one piece seat/post to the custom stichted hamdlebar wrap. So beautiful and eye catching it made "The World's 21 Most Beautiful Handmade Bikes" list of Outside Magazine.
The base price for the frameset is $3400: includes fork, headset, full custom geomtry, and 2 color paint job.
The one piece seat/post will be available later this year as a stock option, custom versions are available to order now. It weights 158g with upholstery.
The new MMFG Bar/stem is the first handlebar that is 100% made inhouse. Also the first any independent carbon bicycle company managed to make. Currently under testing, we are hoping to have the MMFG Bar/stem 2.0 available later this year.
